Shipping policy
Shipping Costs: Shipping & handling costs will be calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Currently, we package and ship orders on a weekly basis, with our logistics office hours being Wednesdays and Thursdays 2–5 pm CET. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
We advise you to pay attention to any additional emails from the carrier regarding delivery notifications. We do not have detailed insight into these notifications, and it’s important to act promptly to avoid delays or returns due to uncollected packages.
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs. This refund will be processed within one month of receiving the returned-to-sender package.
