Preorders: We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to preorder forthcoming publications. Preordering is a great way to ensure you receive our latest titles as soon as they become available, and it helps support our ongoing publishing efforts.
Please note that payment for preorder items is processed at the time the order is placed. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately; additional shipping charges may apply. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your preorder and will be informed as soon as the publication becomes available for shipment.
Discounts: Please not that discount offers may not always be combinable. Where several promotions are available for the same order, Shopify calculates the applicable discount combination at checkout according to the technical settings and eligibility rules of the store. In some cases, this means that only one discount, or the best eligible discount combination, can be applied to the final order totals.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices: All prices listed on our website include VAT. Any additional costs, such as shipping, will be added at checkout and also include VAT.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: credit card payments and direct bank transfer.
Invoices: An invoice will be provided upon request or as part of the order confirmation email.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: Shipping & handling costs will be calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Currently, we package and ship orders on a weekly basis. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

We advise you to pay attention to any additional emails from the carrier regarding delivery notifications. We do not have detailed insight into these notifications, and it’s important to act promptly to avoid delays or returns due to uncollected packages.
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs. This refund will be processed within one month of receiving the returned-to-sender package.

8. Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us using the contact information provided above.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided above. As we need to process your request manually, it may take up to 48 hours to send you a confirmation email. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Refunds: Refunds for the purchase price of the product will be processed within one month of our receipt of the returned item. The product must be in pristine condition. We will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
9. Liability
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes damages resulting from lost profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, excluding any shipping costs. This limitation also extends to products damaged during carrier handling; such issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.
